You’re the one thingholding it back.
You hired people. They still wait on you. The decisions, the exceptions, the approvals, the answers only you know. We find the part that still has to pass through you, take it apart, and rebuild it so it stops waiting on you. Then we find the next one.
We run our own company on the systems we build for you.
The problem
More leads will not fix it.
Something in your business is capping the growth, and adding more on top of it just makes the jam worse. Usually it is one person who has to touch every job. You probably already know who. You just have not had the time to take it apart.
- Nobody else knows how the work is actually done, so it comes back wrong and you take it back.
- Every exception, discount and awkward call routes to your phone.
- Customers have your personal number, so the channel cannot be handed to anyone.
- The only way to know what is happening is to ask you.
- Quality drops the moment you stop watching.
- You cannot take two weeks off without something breaking.
Who it’s for
Is your business waiting on you?
This is for you if
- You have people. Staff, partners, or contractors who do real work
- The work still stops at you. Decisions, exceptions, approvals, or the answers only you know
- You cannot take two weeks off without something breaking
- You have tried to delegate this. It came back wrong, so you took it back
- You are the decision maker, or you sit next to them
This is not for you if
- You work alone. There is nobody to hand the work to, and our honest answer would be to hire someone
- You have not started yet, or there is no process to take apart
- You want to learn AI more than you want the work to stop coming to you
- You already have a management layer and a system of record. You want features, not us
If you are in the first column, the next step is a call. We will tell you the one thing holding the business back, and you keep the answer either way.
Book a callHow we work
Find it. Remove it. Repeat.
One relationship, start to finish. You do not write anything. You talk, we watch, we build.
Locate
We keep asking why until we hit the thing that cannot be delegated. Takes about five minutes, because we have seen it enough times.
Remove
We split that thing into steps, write down the ones living in your head, and rebuild each in software with AI doing the work.
Repeat
Next month we find the next one. The constraint never disappears, it moves. Today the partner, then follow-up, then lead flow.
What we build depends on what is actually jamming
Technical
The app your customers use and the tools your team runs on.
Ops
How the business runs, redesigned function by function.
AI
Intelligence woven through every step, expanded as you grow.
Over enough cycles, what is left is a business that does not have to wait on you to move.
Why us
Consultants advise and leave. We don’t.
Most firms do one piece and hand you the rest. Nobody asks whether it was the right thing to build in the first place.
The usual way
- Consultants hand you a deck, then leave.
- Agencies build only what they are told.
- Dev shops ship code and never touch how you run.
The Glide way
- We find it — the one thing the business actually waits on.
- We remove it — rebuilt in software, with AI doing the work.
- We come back — next month, for the next one.
The call
Five minutes in, and you already know.
Finding it takes about five minutes, because we have seen it enough times. Working out what it would take to remove it is the rest of the call. Both are free.
You talk, we ask why
You describe how the business actually runs. We keep asking why until we hit the thing that cannot be handed to anyone else.
We take it apart, live
That thing gets split into steps in front of you. Most turn out to be delegatable the moment they are written down. That is usually the surprise.
You get the answer either way
You leave knowing the one thing to fix first, and what it would take. If the honest answer is that you need a person rather than software, we say so.
If you decide to go ahead, the first thing stops waiting on you in two to three weeks. The clock starts at kickoff and pauses if we are waiting on you.
Book a callThe Written Deal
Written down, before money moves.
You have probably paid someone for this before and not got what you were promised. So here are the five things we put in writing on every engagement, whatever it costs and whatever it is.
You do not pay the rest until it does what the scope says
Half to start, the balance on delivery. Delivery means it passes the tests we wrote down together before anyone started building.
Forty-eight hours to change your mind
Kicked off and had second thoughts? Tell us inside the first 48 hours and the deposit goes back. No reason needed.
You own all of it, permanently
Code, accounts, data, documentation. If we ever stop working together, you keep every part of it and you can run it in-house.
We will tell you not to buy
If the honest answer is a hire, a decision, or stopping something you are already doing, we say that and we do not take the build.
Scope is written before money moves
What we are building and what done means, in writing, first. Anything outside it gets quoted. Nothing gets assumed.
FAQ
Questions, answered.
Is this just an app build?
Only if the app is what is holding you back. Sometimes it is. Often the real constraint is somewhere else entirely, which is why we look first.
What does it cost?
The Map, where we find what is holding you back, costs nothing. Finding it takes about five minutes of the call, and the rest is what it would take to remove it. Removing it is where you pay. Most people start with a Pilot, which is one function rebuilt so it stops waiting on you, half up front and the balance on delivery. Structural work is a Build, scoped and dated on its own. Either way we quote after the call and never before, because quoting a build before we know the constraint is how people end up paying for the wrong thing.
How do you know what the real problem is?
We keep asking why until we hit the thing that cannot be delegated. Then we take that thing apart step by step until every piece can be handed to a person, an automation, or an AI.
How long does it take?
Two to three weeks for the first thing to stop waiting on you. The clock starts at kickoff, not at signature, and it pauses if we are waiting on something from you. Bigger builds are scoped and dated before anything starts.
What do you need from me?
An hour and honest answers. You do not write anything. We do the extraction, we write the SOP, we build it, and we train your team on it.
What if the answer is that I need to hire someone?
Then we will tell you that, and we will not take the build. We remove constraints with software and AI. We do not supply people, and pretending otherwise would waste your money.
What if I pay and it does not work?
You pay half to start and the balance on delivery, and delivery means it passes the tests we wrote down together before anyone started building. If it does not pass them, the balance is not due. That is the first of the five terms in The Written Deal, and all five apply to every engagement.
Will you disappear after launch?
The opposite. There is always a next constraint, so there is always a next month. And you own everything we build regardless.
Do you actually know AI, or is it buzzwords?
We run our own company on AI, and we build real AI into every system. Ask us on the call.
